Theo Shaw Real Estate Team

Buying or selling a home is a complicated process, full of emotions.  Make the job of buying or selling easier by choosing a skilled Realtor® as your partner.  Whether I’m helping my clients find their perfect home or negotiating the best price for a seller or buyer I’m working with, you can be assured that I will work hard for you.

My goal is to provide all of my clients with unsurpassed personalized service by informing, educating and providing them with all of the necessary tools in order for them to make their most informed decisions.  When you are an informed buyer or seller, you'll make the best decisions for one of the largest financial transactions you'll make in your lifetime.  Buying and selling homes has changed drastically in the last few years--from how buyers look for homes, to the realities of selling in a market that is different from any in the last 20-plus years.

My goal is to help my clients in whatever capacity I can and to make the process of buying or selling a home less stressful and to empower them with information.  I also can refer my clients to first class service providers when they need a home inspector, plumber, attorney, mortgage professional, or even an acupuncture practioner!

I also believe in giving back to my community and beyond. Weekly, I volunteer in the Living Plant Documentation department at the Chicago Botanic Garden in Glencoe, IL.  I donate a portion of every commission to Baird & Warner’s Goodwill Network and participate in various community activities benefiting local families and children in need, as well as the Environment.  I also participate in the KIVA microlending program, helping people in developing nations grow their businesses to rise out of poverty through crowd-sourced loans.
